A signed Rental Agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve rental items and secure your rental date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery or pickup.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the rental date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the retainer. Cancellations within 30 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all rental items while in their possession. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items.

A complete Rental Agreement outlining all rental terms, conditions, fees, responsibilities, return requirements, and refund policies will be provided upon booking.

Shandelier Rentals offers delivery, setup, strike, and pickup services throughout Chicagoland and surrounding areas.

Delivery and pickup fees are based on location, rental quantity, accessibility, and labor requirements. Delivery windows will be provided prior to the event date.

A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery and sign for rental items. Rental items must remain at the delivery location specified in the Rental Agreement and may not be relocated without prior approval.

All rental items must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Additional fees may apply if our team is delayed due to inaccessible items, venue restrictions, stairs, elevators, excessive walking distances, or changes made after delivery.

Delivery, setup, strike, and pickup details will be outlined in the Rental Agreement provided upon booking.
