We've compiled answers to some of the most common questions about The Shandelier Room, including booking, pricing, deposits, catering, bar services, and venue policies. How do I book my event?
A signed contract and 25% deposit are required to secure your date. Clients have seven (7) calendar days from signing to cancel and receive a refund. After seven days, payments become non-refundable and are subject to the terms of the contract.

When is my final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

Can I schedule a venue tour?
Yes. Tours are available by appointment and can be scheduled through our website.

How many guests can The Shandelier Room accommodate?
The Shandelier Room can accommodate up to 299 guests.
​
What is included with my rental?
Rental packages include tables, chairs, black or white linens, and access to the venue during your reserved rental period. Package inclusions vary by package.

Can I arrive early to decorate?
No. Complimentary setup or decorating time is not provided. Additional time may be purchased in advance, subject to availability.

Can I add time during my event?
No. Additional time must be purchased and approved prior to your event date.
​
What does my event ending time mean?
Your contracted ending time is the time by which all guests, vendors, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed from the building.

Can I add tables, chairs, linens, décor, or rental items on the day of my event?
No. All event details, guest counts, layouts, rental items, upgrades, and décor selections must be finalized prior to your event date.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Outside food is permitted. Outside Food Fees may apply unless using a preferred caterer.

Can I bring my own alcohol (BYOB)?
No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through The Shandelier Room.

Can I bring my own bartender?
No. All bartenders and alcohol service staff must be provided by The Shandelier Room.

Does TSR provide plates, silverware, glassware, or cups?
No. Clients are responsible for providing all dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, and guest beverage cups. TSR provides cups for bar service and complimentary water stations only.

Can I cook food onsite?
No. All food must be prepared prior to arrival. Cooking appliances, air fryers, crockpots, hot plates, and similar equipment are not permitted.

Can I hang decorations on the walls?
No. Tape, glue, nails, staples, command strips, and other adhesives are not permitted on venue walls or fixtures.
​
Are cold sparks, candles, or open flames allowed?
No. Cold sparks, sparklers, fireworks, candles, open flames, and similar effects are prohibited.
​
Can I leave items behind after my event?
No. All personal items must be removed before the end of your rental period.
​
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
​
Are children allowed to run throughout the venue?
No. Children must remain supervised at all times.
​
Is the venue monitored by security cameras?
Yes. Interior and exterior common areas may be monitored and recorded for the safety and protection of guests and staff.
